At The Abeille Feeding Clinic, our groups and classes are designed to meet families exactly where they are—whether you’re preparing to welcome a baby, supporting early development, or navigating feeding challenges alongside others who truly understand.
Our group offerings provide expert-led guidance in a welcoming, low-pressure environment, making high-quality care more accessible while fostering community and confidence.
Bodywork for Babies
Gentle Support for Growing Bodies
This small-group experience focuses on gentle, hands-on bodywork techniques to support infant comfort, mobility, and feeding foundations. Guided by our trained therapists, caregivers learn how tension, alignment, and movement can influence feeding, sleep, and overall regulation.
This group may be especially helpful for babies who:
- Show signs of tension or asymmetry
- Have feeding challenges (breast or bottle)
- Experience reflux, gassiness, or difficulty settling
- Had a challenging birth experience
- are between 0-4 months old
Caregivers will gain a better understanding of their baby’s body, learn simple supportive techniques, and leave feeling more confident in responding to their baby’s cues.

Purposeful Play
Play with intention—
for development that supports feeding and function
Purposeful Play is a guided group focused on age-appropriate movement and play that supports oral motor development, posture, coordination, and sensory regulation—all of which are foundational for feeding success.
Led by our therapy team, this group helps caregivers understand why certain movements and play experiences matter, and how to incorporate them naturally into daily routines.
You’ll learn how to:
- Support healthy motor development through play
- Encourage skills that directly impact feeding and communication
- Create simple, effective play routines at home
This group is ideal for families with babies over 4 months of age but are not yet walking, and who want to support development proactively while keeping play fun, simple, and meaningful.

Prenatal Feeding Prep Class
Prepare with confidence—not overwhelm
Feeding a baby doesn’t come with a manual—but preparation makes a difference. Our Prenatal Feeding Prep Class is designed to help expecting families feel informed, supported, and empowered before their baby arrives.
In this group setting, we cover essential feeding topics in a clear, realistic, and non-judgmental way—while also creating space to learn alongside other expecting parents.
Topics may include:
- Breastfeeding and bottle-feeding basics
- What’s normal in the early days of feeding
- How to recognize when support may be helpful
- How feeding, body alignment, and development work together
This class is perfect for families looking for practical education, expert guidance, and a calmer start to their feeding journey.
